What does re-assessing your goals look like?

Phil started training with me in January with his main fitness goal being weight loss. So far, he’s lost 2 stone (14kg) in weight, and lost significant inches off his waist (7.5”), hips (7”), and chest (3.5”).

This was achieved through a calorie deficit, a high protein diet, lots of walking, and a combination of resistance training and conditioning.

Phil’s goals have now shifted from weight loss to strength accomplishments, such as achieving his first pull up. It’s important to re-assess fitness goals once old ones are achieved. It's also important to celebrate these goals as they are a testament to Phil's ongoing hard work and dedication.
