Alex started training end of last year and primarily was looking to build his leg strength and increase his hip and ankle mobility.
Alex has and works a very busy lifestyle and this can get in the way of training and doing the things you enjoy. Since starting Alex’s back squat was 60kg and throughout our training sessions he can now squat 112.5kg which is almost double! His mobility has improved significantly and his range of motion and depth has increased.
No matter how busy your work life can be, it’s important to prioritise your own training and your mental health.
