Clare is a long standing client and her progress has been fantastic. Prior to training, Clare had no real lifting knowledge and can now safely squat, deadlift, and bench press. Clare said she had feeling of “low energy” and wanted some structure to her fitness regime.
Clare’s mobility and movement has improved and her overall range of motion has increased. We’ve worked to strengthen her deeper core muscles to improve her overall posture and core strength.

Lost 6kg in weight
Lost 4 inches of her waist and hips
Can hold a 90s front plank.
