Peter started training 3 months ago and his main goals were to lose weight, improve his cardiovascular endurance and posture. Prior to training, Peter attended group sessions and found they lacked the support and structure he needed.
Since starting Peter has lost a stone in weight and has significantly dropped inches of his hips and waist.
