Jake is a long standing client and has made significant progress since starting. His main goals were to lose weight, improve his self esteem, and to just generally feel better about himself.
Since starting Jake has lost over 18kg in weight (3 stone) and has transformed his body and appearance. As well losing weight Jake has got significantly stronger and has learnt the correct technique for all compound lifts.
Jake is an absolute pleasure to train and has taken everything I have said onboard. Jake success was achieved through meal planning, a calorie deficit, sufficient daily water intake, and regular quality sleep.
Losing weight can be difficult but if the basics are carried out consistently and the training is progressed each week progress can made daily.
