Dale started training when the studio first opened and his main goals were lose weight, tone up, and just generally feel better about himself.
Dale works a busy lifestyle for a charity that raises money for Spondyloarthritis (SpA) which is a family of inflammatory rheumatic diseases that have some key features in common, including: Inflammation, pain and stiffness in the spine and pelvic joints.
When Dale first started training we noticed he had a shoulder impingement which has been rehabbed through his training allowing him to bench press without any pain.
Dale’s achievements:
Lost 12kg in weight
Lost 4” off waist
Chest grown by 2”
As well as improving his physique, Dale has significantly improved his strength:
Flat Barbell Bench Press: Was: 15kg ⏩ Now: 45kg
Sumo Deadlift: Was: 60kg ⏩ Now: 100kg
Safety Bar Squat: Was: 40kg ⏩ Now: 95kg
Dumbbell Goblet Squat: Was: 10kg ⏩ Now: 37.5kg
