
Have been training David for just under a year and he first came to me back in July wanting to tone up, improve his strength and strengthen the muscles surrounding his knees.
David suffers with a condition called chondromalacia or runners knee, where the cartilage under the knee cap runs down and deteriorates away. The is a incurable condition however exercise and weight training can help with pain management and stability.
Since starting David has:
Conventional Deadlift: Was 40kg ⏩ Now: 100kg
Barbell Back Squat: Was 35kg ⏩ Now: 72.5kg
Barbell Bench Press Was 30kg ⏩ Now: 55kg
David’s improvements:
Gained 2” on Leg Circumference
Lost 3” off Waist
Gained 2.5” on Chest
Gained 3” in Arm Circumference
