I have been training Suzannah for just under a year and like most, sessions first started outside before moving to the studio. Her main goals were to improve her strength and create healthy and sustainable habits.

Sumo Deadlift: Was 35kg ⏩ Now 65kg
BB Hip Thrusts: Was 30kg ⏩ Now 70kg
Flat DB Bench Press: Was 4kg ⏩ Now 10kg
