Abbie is a very good friend of mine and a long standing client. Training first started outside when equipment was minimal and Abbie has trained in all weathers and conditions.
Her main goals were to tone her legs, improve her training knowledge, and just generally feel better about herself.
Since starting Abbie technique on all compound lifts has come on leaps and bounds and can now squat her own bodyweight.
Abbie has not only toned up and lost inches but has significantly got stronger:
Barbell Back Squat: Was 25kg ⏩ Now: 60kg
Deadlift: Was 30kg ⏩ Now: 57.5kg
Barbell Hip Thrusts: Was 25kg ⏩ Now: 70kg
As well as significant strength improvements Abbie has achieved:
Reduced Waist and Hips by 3.5”
Grown Glutes by 3”
Toned Arms and Thighs by 2”
