Ellen started personal training in August when the studio first opened and her main goals were to improve her fitness levels, tone up, and increase strength.
Since starting Ellen has not only significantly improved her strength but has noticeably dropped weight, and inches on her waist and thighs.
Ellen’s achievements:
Lost 8kg in Weight
Lost 4” off waist and hips
Toned legs and arms by 2”
Lost 6kg in weight
Ellens Strength Gains:
Barbell Back Squat: Was 20kg ⏩ Now: 65kg (Tripled in weight!)
Sumo Deadlift: Was 40kg ⏩ Now: 80kg
Barbell Hip Thrusts: Was 15kg ⏩ Now: 60kg
Ellen has taken everything i’ve said onboard and is an absolute pleasure to train. She always turns up with the right mindset and is happy to be pushed outside her comfort zone.
