ABOUT ME

Brad is a local Personal Trainer from Winchester that offers 1-2-1 personal training, pair training, online coaching, sports massage, and bootcamps. He runs a personal training studio in central Winchester that specialises in GP Exercise referral. Growing up as a child, football was (and still is) Brad's main passion, and the initial reason he loves working in the fitness industry is to help others achieve their fitness goals. 

Brad studied for 4 years and achieved a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Sport Psychology and Coaching Sciences at Bournemouth University , alongside completing a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification. Studying at Bournemouth definitely expanded his knowledge of the human body and the science behind weight loss, muscle growth, correct nutrition and sustainable results.  


Brad always wants to help people achieve their fitness goals! Whether it be via 1-2-1 or through the range of his online coaching plans. Brad is a committed individual that seeks to help others transform themselves both physically and mentally.
